采用XRD、DSC等对Al-Cu-Mg-Zn合金相变储热材料结构及热物理性能进行了表征。结果表明,Al-Cu-Mg-Zn共晶合金的相变温度和相变潜热分别为475.1℃和234.91kJ/kg。通过热循环试验,对合金的热循环稳定性进行了研究。结果表明,随着热循环次数的增加,合金相变温度缓慢升高,合金相变潜热逐渐下降;经历1000次热循环后,合金相变储热材料仍具有较好的稳定性。
The structure and thermophysical properties of Al-Cu-Mg-Zn alloy phase change heat storage materials were characterized by XRD and DSC. The results show that the phase transition temperature and latent heat of Al-Cu-Mg-Zn eutectic alloy are 475.1 ℃ and 234.91kJ / kg respectively. Through the thermal cycling test, the thermal cycling stability of the alloy was studied. The results show that the phase transition temperature increases slowly with the increase of the number of thermal cycles, and the latent heat of the alloy gradually decreases. After 1000 cycles of thermal cycling, the alloy phase change heat storage material still has good stability.
