阐述了双向反射分布函数(BRDF)的定义及其测量装置的工作原理,使用紧凑型BRDF测量装置分别对空间相机常用结构材料铝合金在不同加工和表面处理工艺下的表面散射特性进行了测量和对比分析。分析了测量装置可能存在的各种误差源并采取了相应的控制措施。通过对不同加工工艺和表面处理工艺下铝合金样块BRDF测量数据的对比,为后期空间相机方案设计时加工工艺的选取提供了参考。
The definition of bifurcation reflection distribution function (BRDF) and the working principle of its measuring device are described. The surface scattering properties of the aluminum alloy, which is the common structural material of space camera, under different processing and surface treatment technologies are measured by the compact BRDF measuring device. Comparative analysis. The various error sources that may exist in the measuring device are analyzed and the corresponding control measures are taken. The comparison of the BRDF measurement data of the aluminum alloy samples under different processing technologies and surface treatment technologies provides a reference for the selection of the processing technology during the design of the space camera program in the later period.
