目的:探讨目标管理模式与护理分层管理结合在耳鼻喉科病区护理管理中的应用。方法:2015年2月~2016年2月期间选取耳鼻喉科病区100例患者,根据护理管理方式不同分为对照组和观察组,分别行常规管理模式和目标管理结合护士分层管理模式,记录患者住院时间、治愈率、并发症发生率;比较两组护理质量考核质量,两组护理总满意率情况。结果:观察组治愈率较对照组高,并发症发生率较对照组低,住院时间较对照组短;观察组护理质量中护理记录、技术操作等各项成绩均高于对照组;观察组护理总满意率较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:护士分层管理结合目标管理模式应用在耳鼻喉科病区护理管理中,可缩短住院时间,提高护理质量和护理满意度。
Objective: To explore the combination of target management and nursing management in the ENT care management. Methods: From February 2015 to February 2016, 100 patients with otolaryngology ward were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the different nursing management methods. The routine management mode and target management were combined with the nurse management mode. The hospitalization time, cure rate and complication rate of patients were recorded. The quality of nursing quality assessment was compared between two groups and the total satisfaction rate of two groups was compared. Results: The cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group, and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group. The scores of nursing records and technical operations in the observation group were higher than those of the control group. The total satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nurses management combined with the target management mode applied in the nursing management of otolaryngology wards can shorten the hospitalization time, improve the quality of nursing and satisfaction with nursing.
