目的:探讨金刚健骨片治疗动物模型骨质疏松症的疗效及其对骨质无机元素锌、铜、镁、铁的影响。方法:将14月龄雌性大白鼠去势3月后,造成骨质疏松症模型,分成6组,每组10只,分别灌服金刚健骨片等药物3月后处死,检测各组动物骨密度及骨锌、镁、铜、铁含量。结果:金刚健骨片能提高动物模型骨密度,并能不同程度提高骨铜、镁含量,与模型空白组比较,差异有非常显著或显著意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:金刚健骨片对模型骨质疏松症有良好的治疗作用,其疗效机制可能与其能提高骨质无机元素锡、镁等有关。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of Jinguangjian Tablets on animal models of osteoporosis and its effect on bone inorganic elements such as zinc, copper, magnesium and iron. Methods: The ovariectomized female rats (14 months old) were divided into 6 groups (10 in each group). After 3 months, the rats were sacrificed, Density and bone zinc, magnesium, copper, iron content. Results: Jinguangjiangu tablet can increase the bone mineral density of the animal model and increase the content of copper, copper and magnesium in the model animal. Compared with the model blank group, the difference between the two groups is significant (P <0.01, P <0.05) . Conclusion: Jingangjiangu tablets have a good therapeutic effect on model osteoporosis. The therapeutic mechanism may be related to the increase of bone inorganic elements such as tin and magnesium.
