在知识经济时代,知识更新加快,技术创新不断。要想跟上时代的节奏,个人需要终身学习,企业需要转化成为学习型组织,国家需要大力鼓励全社会的创新意识和行为,使整个社会保持一种锐意进取和不断发展的状态,最终成为学习型社会。对于档案工作而言,学习是创造力和竞争力的源泉,只有不断学习、创新,使档案工作迅速向学习型组织进行转化,档案部门才可以提高内部资源知识的利用率,不断创造出新知识;在这个创建的学习过程中,才能不断提高自身的能力,弥补组织自身的缺陷与不足。
In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge update accelerates and technological innovation continues. In order to keep pace with the times, individuals need lifelong learning and enterprises need to be transformed into learning organizations. The state needs to vigorously encourage innovation awareness and behavior of the whole society so that the entire society can maintain a state of forge ahead and continuous development and eventually become a learning Type society. As far as archival work is concerned, learning is the source of creativity and competitiveness.
