“九五”期间飞通公司承担国家863计划光电子主题课题情况 “九五”期间深圳飞通光电股份有限公司先后承担国家863计划光电子主题课题七项。其完成情况如下: CATV用关键光电子器件产品的批量生产,其中包括CATV用DFB-LD组件和CATV用光接收组件和模块。课题按时完成了任务,技术水平达到国外同类产品的先进水平。特别是CATV光接收组件,在国内实现首家产业化生产,建立了月产万只以上的生产线,创造了良好的经济效益。
During the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” period, Feitong Company undertook the subject of the National 863 Program on optoelectronic topics. During the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” period, Shenzhen Feitong Optoelectronic Co., Ltd. undertook 7 topics of optoelectronic topics under the State 863 Plan. Its completion is as follows: CATV uses mass production of key optoelectronic device products, including CATV DFB-LD components and CATV light receiving components and modules. The task was completed on time and the technical level reached the advanced level of similar foreign products. In particular, CATV light-receiving components have achieved the first industrial production in the country and have established monthly production lines of more than 10,000 units, which have created good economic benefits.
