设计了紫外分光光度计测定 丙嗪含量的方法。回收率９９．３％～１００．８％；相对标准偏差０．４５６％；浓度在０～２０μｇ／ｍｌ范围内的相关系数（ｒ）＝０．９９９９。
UV spectrophotometer was designed to measure the content of promethazine. The recoveries ranged from 99.3% to 100.8%. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 0.456%. The correlation coefficient (r) was 0.9999 with the concentration range of 0 ~ 20μg / ml.
