体育教师对各种教学活动的了解与掌握,大多数是靠教师视觉观察得到的,教师的视线和学生具有相互作用,是对学生进行观察的时间,它在教师行动中占有很高的比例,这种有效的视线技术,可以获得更好的授课效果。教师视线向何处指向?笔者认为应随教学活动的组织与教材内容所选择,并做到统筹兼顾,主次分明,不露实质,真正达到观其行、寻其法、宜措施。合理利用有效的视线技术,可以帮助体育教师科学地运用个性化、心理学和民主化的体育教学方法,有利于体育课程目标的达成。
