孔板流量系数CD是校正理论流量为实际流量的系数。对于单相孔板模型它是已知的,但其临界流动的预测方法并不能应用于多相流。因此,必须回答的问题是;在多相流测量时,我们如何确定流量系数的值?临界多相流动的流量系数值可否应用于亚临界流动?这里提出的CD的图、表和公式,可把临界流动和亚临界流动下计量的多相流量校正得到实际的多相流量。业已表明,多相临界流动的CD与多相亚临界流动下的不相同。
The orifice flow coefficient CD is a factor that corrects the theoretical flow rate to the actual flow rate. It is known for single-phase orifice models, but the predictive method for its critical flow can not be applied to multiphase flow. Therefore, the question that must be answered is: How do we determine the value of the flow coefficient in multi-phase flow measurement? Can the critical multiphase flow coefficient value be applied to subcritical flow? The plots, tables, and equations for the CD presented here can be used to correct the actual multiphase flow rate for the multiphase flows measured at the critical and subcritical flows. It has been shown that the CD of multiphase flow differs from that of multiphase subcritical flow.
