工作环境欺负行为是指力量薄弱的个体在工作环境中受到的持续、重复且难以反抗的负性行为,如超负荷工作、消极沟通、言语攻击等。工作环境欺负行为问题的研究有助于促进组织和个体的健康发展,逐渐成为人力资源和心理研究的热点,但我国学者对此关注较晚且成果甚少,更遑论有效的干预措施。本文通过在分析导致欺负行为发生的前因变量以及调节工作环境欺负行为不良后果的中介变量的基础上,提出对工作环境欺负行为的干预措施,以期促进企业良性发展。
Bullying in work environment refers to persistent, repeated and hard to resist negative behaviors such as overwork, negative communication and verbal attacks suffered by weak individuals in the work environment. The study of bullying behavior in work environment helps to promote the healthy development of organizations and individuals and gradually becomes a hot research topic in human resources and psychology. However, scholars in our country pay close attention to them and have little success, not to mention effective interventions. Based on the analysis of the antecedent variables that led to the bullying and the mediating variables that regulate the adverse consequences of bullying in the working environment, this article puts forward the intervention measures to bulge the work environment in order to promote the healthy development of the enterprise.
