为了确定甘薯新品种渝苏1号的品质,对其块根的营养成分进行了分析测定,并与优良品种徐薯18、农大红比较,结果表明:渝苏1号在蛋白质、还原糖、可溶性糖、淀粉、钙、胡萝卜素、维生素C等方面的含量均较高,尤其是淀粉、胡萝卜素、钙显著高于其他两个品种。在氨基酸含量中,渝苏1号除半胱氨酸和组氨酸与徐薯18相等,天门冬氨酸比农大红低外,其他各种氨基酸含量均高于徐薯18和农大红。所以,渝苏1号是一优质甘薯新品种。
In order to determine the quality of a new sweet potato variety Yusu 1, the nutritional components of its roots were analyzed and compared with that of the superior varieties Xushu 18 and Dahonghong. The results showed that Yusu 1 had the highest contents of protein, reducing sugar, soluble sugar , Starch, calcium, carotene, vitamin C and other aspects are high, especially starch, carotene, calcium was significantly higher than the other two varieties. Among the amino acids, Yu-Su-1 was equal to Xushu 18 in addition to cysteine and histidine and aspartic acid was lower than that of Dahong-Dahong, but the contents of other amino acids were higher than that of Xushu 18 and Nongdahong. Therefore, Yu-Su-1 is a new sweet potato varieties.
