以长江流域片国家区域试验的45份大豆品种为材料,选择分布在大豆基因组8个连锁群的13对SSR标记进行分子ID构建及遗传多样性分析。结果表明:利用Satt138、Satt514、Satt231、Satt380、Satt442和Satt369这6对引物可以将45个参试大豆品种区分开,并获得唯一的分子ID;参试大豆品种间遗传相似系数为0~1.00,平均相似系数为0.442 4,结果说明长江流域片国家区试大豆品种间遗传同源性较小,差异性较大。
Thirty-three SSR markers distributed in 8 linkage groups of soybean genome were selected to construct molecular ID and genetic diversity based on 45 soybean cultivars from the national regional trials in the Yangtze River Basin. The results showed that the 45 tested soybean cultivars could be distinguished by 6 pairs of primers: Satt138, Satt514, Satt231, Satt380, Satt442 and Satt369, and the unique molecular ID was obtained. The genetic similarity coefficients of the tested soybean varieties were 0-1.00, The average similarity coefficient was 0.442 4. The results showed that the genetic similarity among the soybean cultivars in the Yangtze River Valley was smaller and the difference was greater.
