海外石油开发项目剩余可采储量快速评价[ 刊]/ 朱九成,汪志明...∥石油勘探与开发.1999,26(5).62 ~64在海外石油开发项目的评价中,剩余可采储量评价是最重要的部分,但评价周期很短而资料有限,评价方法与国内有显著区别。在阅读初步资料阶段,只能根据油田基本特点及一般开发规律,粗略估计剩余可采储量;在阅读资料包阶段,要尽可能采用多种快速概算方法评价剩余可采储量,从不同角度论证关键参数,以提高评价精度,还应分析项目来源( 油田开发难度大,缺乏开发资金,政治原因,经济效益差) ,进一步评价风险。对于已脱气、油藏压力大大下降的海外老油田,改用注水方式开采增产幅度有限,应慎重选择开发方式;同时,应将资料包提供的计算参数校正为当前油藏条件下的。当海外油田累积采出量与测算剩余可采储量之间有矛盾时,应从储量计算标准、产量计量方法和剩余可采储量测算方法等多方面分析原因。基础油产量涉及巨大的商业利益,应充分论证基础油递减率计算参数;海外老油田作业成本一般随油田开发时间增长而增大,要按经济极限产量来评价剩余可采储量。图1 参3(王孝陵摘
