中性粒细胞特异抗体及其所识别的抗原在临?医学中是比较重要的.与此相关的情况包括免疫性新生儿中性粒细胞减少症(NP),儿童原发性自身免疫性NP、继发性自身免疫性NP,白细胞介导的输血反应等.中性粒细胞抗原的种类较多,其NB抗原系统包括NB_1和NB_2,两者在白种人的表达频率分别为97%和32%.以往鉴定中性粒细胞抗原多采用单克隆抗体,本文作者采用中性粒细胞特异性异体抗血清直接鉴定NB_1抗原的生化特性.在用氮洞化作用(nitrogen cavitation)和分级离心方法制备中性粒细胞质膜和胞内颗粒的基础上,以SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)和异体抗免疫印迹(immunobotting)技术,细胞表面~(125)1-标记及免疫沉淀技术等进行分析、发现4
