以滑石粉为载体,羧甲基纤维素钠为助剂,利用载体结合法制备的荧光假单胞菌DH09菌剂活菌数达到1×107个/g以上。在温室和田间试验中,DH09菌剂能显著降低油菜菌核病的发病率,防效分别为87.85%和75.75%。在温室内,DH09菌剂促生效果明显,幼苗根重增长了65.72%。荧光假单胞菌DH09菌剂具备生产开发的潜力,该菌剂的应用丰富了生防菌剂的资源。
Using talc as carrier and sodium carboxymethylcellulose as auxiliary, the viable count of Pseudomonas fluorescens DH09 prepared by carrier binding method reached 1 × 107 cells / g or more. In greenhouse and field experiments, DH09 could significantly reduce the incidence of sclerotinia sclerotiorum, with control effects of 87.85% and 75.75%, respectively. In the greenhouse, DH09 bacterium had obvious promoting effect and the root weight of seedling increased 65.72%. Pseudomonas fluorescens DH09 fungus has the potential of production and development, the application of the fungus rich biocontrol agent resources.
