本文用生物化学的方法研究存在于615小鼠肝脏5’-核苷酶动力学性质.发现四种底物GMP,AMP,UMP和CMP的Km值分别是0.4748,1.25,3.29,4.559.酶与GMP亲和力最大.AMP底物反应动力学曲线是S形曲线协同系数n=2.3815,协同指数Rs=9,“双倒数作图法”得一向上凹的曲线.615小鼠肝脏5’-核苷酸酶以AMP做底物时为正协同性的变构酶.在产物核苷抑制试验中AMP底物对于腺苷浓度变化非常敏感,在浓度达到1.25mM时可以完全抑制酶反应.其他底物对于相应核苷浓度的变化不甚敏感,并且不能完全抑制酶反应.
