分层教学立足于学生个性差异,强调学生的原有学习基础、认知结构、学习兴趣、态度、学习方式和教学的相互作用,强调采用不同的教育教学方式适应不同学生需要。这在一定程度上充分体现了以学生为中心和面向全体学生。分层教学在实现教学目标的同时,又考虑到了学生的个体发展需要,让不同层次的学生都有最大程度的提高。
Layered teaching is based on the individual differences of students, emphasizing the students’ original learning foundation, cognitive structure, learning interests, attitudes, learning styles and teaching interactions, emphasizing the use of different education and teaching methods to meet the needs of different students. To a certain extent, this fully embodies student-centered and student-oriented.
