目的 :探讨扶正抑瘤汤抗肿瘤的作用机理。方法 :用S180 瘤株接种昆明种小鼠 ,造成S180 实体瘤模型 ,扶正抑瘤汤等中药灌胃治疗 ,用流式细胞仪分析实体瘤的细胞周期 ;用端粒酶试剂盒检测端粒酶活性。结果 :各治疗组肿瘤细胞G0 / 1期比率升高 ,S期比率下降 ,端粒酶活性被抑制 ,与生理盐水 (荷瘤 )组相比 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 :扶正抑瘤汤能阻滞肿瘤细胞增殖的进程 ,阻抑肿瘤细胞DNA的合成和复制 ,而端粒酶活性被抑制是影响肿瘤细胞增殖周期进程的机理之一。
Objective: To explore the anti-tumor mechanism of Fuzheng Yiliu Decoction. Methods: Inoculation of Kunming mice with S180 tumor strain resulted in S180 solid tumor model, Fuzheng Yiliu Decoction and other herbal medicines. The cell cycle of solid tumor was analyzed by flow cytometry; Telomerase was detected by telomerase kit. active. RESULTS: The G0 / 1 phase ratio of tumor cells in each treatment group increased, the S phase ratio decreased, and the telomerase activity was inhibited. Compared with the saline (tumor bearing) group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0 01). . Conclusion: Fuzheng Yiliu Decoction can block the progression of tumor cell proliferation and inhibit DNA synthesis and replication of tumor cells. The inhibition of telomerase activity is one of the mechanisms that influence the progression of tumor cell proliferation.
