选择了SOD及4种Cu(Ⅱ)络合物,以Cyt.c-HX-XO法,测其SOD样活性;同时,采用反相蒸发法制备了SOD及其模拟物的大单层脂质体,以相同的方法测定其SOD样活性。结果表明,所有体系均有某种程度的活性,其中Cu(His)2-脂质体体系活性最高,且药物在脂质体中的活性均比在缓冲体系中有不同程度的提高。
Selected SOD and four Cu (Ⅱ) complexes to Cyt. c-HX-XO method was used to measure its SOD-like activity. Meanwhile, the monolayer liposomes of SOD and its mimics were prepared by reverse phase evaporation. The SOD activity was determined by the same method. The results showed that all the systems had a certain degree of activity. Among them, the Cu (His) 2-liposome system had the highest activity, and the activity of the drug in the liposome was increased to some extent than that in the buffer system.
