针对节流理论分析射流管阀压力特性时理论与试验相差较大的问题 ,用射流动力学原理分析了射流管阀工作过程 ,研究了节流理论在分析射流管阀时的适用条件 ,提出了用气流半径代替射流管内径的修正方法 ,给出了计算气流半径的公式 ,试验结果表明修正压力特性较好地反映了射流管阀的压力变化规律
According to the theory of throttling theory, the difference of theory and experiment is analyzed. The working process of jet pipe valve is analyzed by the principle of jet flow. The applicable conditions of throttling theory when analyzing jet pipe valve are studied. The method of calculating the radius of gas flow is given by the method of replacing the inner diameter of the jet pipe with the radius of air flow. The experimental results show that the corrected pressure characteristic can better reflect the pressure variation of the jet pipe valve
