大学教育应以人为本,教学设计对实现大学功能具有重要作用。应根据不同学科的特点建立相应的教学模式,提高教学质量。对抗性教学模式的理论基础是杜威的“新教育”思想和认知心理学的建构主义学习理论。对抗性教学强调学习中对知识的认知和体验过程。与传统教学模式相比较,对抗性教学具有鲜明的特点和作用,体现了大学教育中学习的主体性与探究性。刑事诉讼法学具有诸多对抗性因子,适合进行对抗性教学模式的设计。
University education should be people-oriented, and instructional design plays an important role in the realization of university functions. Should be based on the characteristics of different disciplines to establish the appropriate teaching mode, improve teaching quality. The theoretical basis of adversarial teaching mode is Dewey’s “new education” thinking and cognitive psychology constructivism learning theory. Confrontational teaching emphasizes the cognitive and experiential process of learning in learning. Compared with the traditional teaching mode, adversarial teaching has distinct characteristics and functions, which reflects the subjectivity and inquiry of learning in college education. Criminal procedure law has a lot of confrontational factors, suitable for confrontational teaching model design.
