生意的发展离不开员工,生意做得越大,对员工的数量及质量要求就越高。大型生产企业是如此,处于中小型规模的经销商也是如此。但经销商与企业有所不周的是,在拥有的员工素质方面,经销商要比大型企业落后很多。并且,经销商在其员工的管理方面,还普遍存在招不来、学不进、管不住的情况。在笔者接触的各类经销商群体中,员工的管理问题始终是经销商老板们头疼的一个大问题,尤其是新进员工的前三个月,问题成堆。往往许多新进员工做不了三个月就辞职不做,即便是留下来的员工,在执行力和业务能力上也还是存在较多的问题。
