喷油器经长期使用后,喷油器体的密封平面受针阀上台肩的撞击而磨损呈深坑,使针阀的工作升程增大,从而使发动机的动力性能和经济性严重恶化,特别是对采用Z S 15 S 15型针阀偶件的喷油器更为严重。为了修复喷油器体平面的磨损,传统的方法是将密封平面的磨损凹坑磨平。它需要昂贵的精密平面磨床,而且当磨损深坑过大时,硬化热处理层将会在加工中被磨去,使喷油器体的使用寿命大大降低。经过试验研究,我校采用了一种新方法,它不需对磨损的喷油器体进行任何加工,必要时也只需对平面稍加研磨,在喷油器体及针阀偶件
