新《劳动合同法》是在原有劳动法的基础上进行的一些修改,它在保护员工利益的同时给公司管理上也带来一些调整。一方面,新《劳动合同法》在一定程度上保护了劳动者的相关权利与义务,另一方面为企业的人力资源带来了管理上的挑战。所以,通过对新《劳动合同法》中的相关规定进行全新阐述,可以看到其对企业人力资源的影响,针对这些影响,也详细的指出了相关的具体措施,从而有效地促进了新《劳动合同法》在经济市场中的应用。
