目的降糖益心方对糖尿病小鼠心脏组织IGF-1表达的影响。方法将40只昆明小鼠随机分为高脂组、高脂模型组、中药组和西药阳性对照组,每组10只。模型组、中药组和西药阳性对照组用腹腔注射STZ法制成糖尿病小鼠模型,中药组和西药组给予药物灌胃治疗30d,同期高脂组、模型组予以蒸馏水灌胃。检测血糖、胰岛素水平、血脂、心脏组织IGF-1的表达。结果与高脂组比较,高脂模型组血糖、血胰岛素,血脂升高,心脏组织IGF-1降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);与高脂模型组比较,中药组和西药组显著降低血糖、血胰岛素,血脂,升高心脏组织IGF-1(P<0.05,);与西药组比较,中药组降低血糖,血胰岛素没有统计学意义(P>0.05),但能明显降低血脂,升高心脏组织IGF-1的蛋白表达(P<0.05)。结论降糖益心方能提高糖尿病小鼠心脏IGF-1的表达。
Effect of Jiangtang Yixin Recipe on the Expression of IGF-1 in Diabetic Mouse Heart. Methods Forty Kunming mice were randomly divided into high fat group, high fat model group, traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine positive control group, with 10 rats in each group. The model group, the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine positive control group were made diabetic model by intraperitoneal injection of STZ. The Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group were given intragastric administration of drugs for 30 days, the same period of high-fat group, the model group were given distilled water. Blood glucose, insulin levels, blood lipids, IGF-1 expression in heart tissue were measured. Results Compared with the hyperlipidemia group, the levels of blood glucose, insulin, lipids and IGF-1 in the heart of the model group were significantly decreased (P <0.01). Compared with the model group, (P <0.05). Compared with the western medicine group, the Chinese medicine group had no significant difference in reducing blood glucose and blood insulin (P> 0.05), but could obviously lower the level of serum lipids , Increased the protein expression of IGF-1 in heart tissue (P <0.05). Conclusion Jiangtang Yixin prescription can improve the expression of IGF-1 in the heart of diabetic mice.
