用高雷(Golay)型印制匀场线圈提高核磁共振谱仪的分辨率,在国外属于专利.在国内条件下研制这种类型的匀场线圈尚属首次.所研制的高雷匀场线圈板,采用印制工艺,共有13组线圈,它们是Z~0,Z,Z~2,Z~3,X,Y,XZ,YZ,XZ~2,YZ~2,X~2-Y~2,XY,Z~4.匀场板的总厚度可做到0.7毫米,薄于同类国外匀场板的厚度(≥1.5毫米).用5毫米样品管,在宽气隙(28毫米)电磁铁和窄气隙(13毫米)永久磁铁上进行磁场均匀实验,可以把磁场的固有均匀度(即谱仪的基础分辨)从8×10~(-7)提高到5×10~(-9),线型优于4%,旋转边带小于2%.本文对近几年的研制工作,从设计、制造和实验等方面进行总结.
