随着油田改革的不断深化,企业对青工队伍的综合素质要求和标准有了新的提高,青工的价值取向和成长成才的需求有了新的变化,如何更有效地结合企业实际和青工需求,为青工成长成才搭建平台,为企业发展打造高素质的青工队伍是面临的重要而紧迫的课题。为此,本文结合新形势下青工的思想倾向,围绕聚才、育才、荐才、用才,探索青工平台建设的有效途径,对进一步做好青工人才培养工作有着重要的指导意义。
With the continuous deepening of the oilfield reform, enterprises have made new improvements in the overall quality requirements and standards for young workers. The changes in the values of young workers and the demand for growth and success have made new changes. How to combine the actual conditions of enterprises Work needs, to build a platform for the growth of young workers, for the development of enterprises to create high-quality green workforce is an important and pressing issue. Therefore, combining the ideological tendency of young workers under the new situation, this paper explores the effective ways of building young workers’ platform around focusing on talent cultivation, educating talents, recommending talent and using talent, which is of great guiding significance for the further cultivation of young workers.
