素质教育已宣扬很多年,但在当前基础教育教学评估与教育管理政绩以学生升学状况作为主要的考量指标的指引下,素质教育并没有成为现实,反而有过之而不及之势,结果往往导致教学效果欠佳,事倍功半,不但累了老师,更苦了孩子。教学效果欠佳其本身就是教育资源的浪费,为了在这不良的教育指导背景下尽可能的提高教学的有效性,提高教学资源效益,毋庸置疑,课堂教学是最关键的环节,因此提高课堂教学的有效性确实是一个很有意义的课题。本文结合实际教学中体验和教育行家的理论与经验,简要阐述课堂教学的有效性的含义和实现之手段。
