作者报告一种新的白内障摘出术切口和闭合方法。距角膜缘约6mm之结膜瓣和球筋膜瓣下,作一薄的以角膜缘为基底的巩膜瓣,其宽度从角膜缘后3～4mm到清亮的角膜内2～3mm,其长度从3点～6点钟。在此瓣下的角膜缘处作6个等距放射形标记,然后作角膜全层切开,虹膜周边切除,在放射形标记处以10-0尼龙线作连续缝合,将缝线松开,待用晶体囊镊摘出白内障后再把线收紧封闭切口,将巩膜瓣复位,覆盖于切口和缝线之上,勿需缝合,结膜和球筋膜作间断缝合。用新法于53例病人53眼,此53例病人的另眼白内障已用传统的方法摘出做为对照组。术后8小时即检查手术眼,以后每天检查,术后次日除
