六号炉的大修,是在人员少、工作量大、材料品种不全的条件下进行的,由于加强了检修管理,在全体检修人员的努力下,基本上实现了多快好省。按计划工作量,需用1366个工日,实际用了1050个。除标准项目外,还完成了7个非标准项目。通过大修,消除了吸风机、排粉机的震动,省煤器、除尘器、减温器管的磨损等10项重大缺陷,锅炉效率从91.1%提高到92.8%,大修后的总评价为“优”。在整个施工中,消灭了窩工、返工,保证了人身安全。
The overhaul of the No. 6 furnace was carried out under the conditions of low personnel, heavy workload, and incomplete varieties of materials. Due to the strengthening of maintenance and management, under the efforts of all maintenance personnel, it basically achieved more rapidity. According to the planned workload, 1366 work days are required, and 1050 are actually used. In addition to the standard projects, seven non-standard projects have also been completed. Through overhaul, 10 major defects such as the vibration of the suction fan and the powder remover, the wear of the economizer, the dust collector, and the desuperheater tube were eliminated. The boiler efficiency was increased from 91.1% to 92.8%, and the total evaluation after the overhaul was “excellent”. Throughout the construction, we eliminated the work and rework and ensured personal safety.
