由于烧结布料直接影响烧结的产量和质量,现有烧结生产使用的布料方法仍然存在某些问题。为了克服布料存在的缺点,本文介绍两种新的烧结布料方法,即旋转漏斗布料和用逆向空气流增强混合料偏析的二次布料方法。使用这两种布料方法后,不仅使烧结矿产、质量有明显提高,同时还改善了烧结过程的工艺参数。
Due to the fact that the sintered fabric directly affects the yield and quality of sintering, there are still some problems with the existing fabric method for sintering production. In order to overcome the shortcomings of the existing fabric, this paper introduces two new methods of sintering fabric, namely, rotating funnel fabric and secondary air-assisted segregation with reverse air flow. The use of these two methods of cloth, not only to sinter the quality of minerals has improved significantly, while also improving the sintering process parameters.
