1 病历简介患者,女38岁。腰部不适3天来医院就诊。化验:尿ＢＬＤ+++。临床诊断:输尿管结石。腹部Ｘ线平片示双肾区、输尿管走行区未见异常密度影。行低张无压迫ＩＶＰ,肌注20ｍｇ6542,5ｍｉｎ后静脉注射1ｍｌ30%泛影葡胺,30ｍｉｎ后患者无任何不良反应,遂开始注药76%泛影葡胺4
