近年来,高层建筑逐渐走进人们的视野,其消防问题也越来越受到关注。就目前来看,高层建筑消防设施维护管理还存在一定的问题,使得高层建筑火灾发生率一直居高不下。该文归纳了当前高层建筑消防设施维护管理中存在的问题,并针对性地提出了改进措施和建议,旨在提升高层建筑消防水平,促进高层建筑的进一步应用和发展。
In recent years, high-rise buildings gradually come into people’s eyes and their fire protection issues are also receiving more and more attention. For now, there are still some problems in the maintenance and management of fire protection facilities in high-rise buildings, making the incidence of high-rise building fires always high. This paper summarizes the existing problems in the maintenance and management of firefighting facilities in high-rise buildings and puts forward some improvements and suggestions aimed at improving the fire-fighting performance of high-rise buildings and promoting the further application and development of high-rise buildings.
