急性早幼粒细胞白血病(M_3)的异常早幼粒细胞颗粒大小不等。1986年天津召开的白血病分类、分型讨论会上将M_3分为粗颗粒型(M_3a)和细颗粒(M_3b)。1989年Davey则将M3分为细颗粒变异型(M_3v)和粗颗粒型(M_3)。为了探讨Davey分型标准和我国分型标准的关系,我们收集1988年1月～1993年12月确诊的M_3103例,重新对形态学资料进行分析,发现我国修订的M_3b和Davey提出的M_3v虽然分型标准不同,但形态学资料基本一致,现简要报道如下。
The abnormal promyelocytic particle size of acute promyelocytic leukemia (M_3) is not equal. In 1986, the Leukemia Classification and Classification Discussion held in Tianjin divided M_3 into coarse-grained type (M_3a) and fine-grained (M_3b). In 1989, Davey divided M3 into a fine grain variant (M_3v) and a coarse grain type (M_3). In order to investigate the relationship between Davey classification criteria and China’s classification criteria, we collected M_3103 cases diagnosed from January 1988 to December 1993, and re-analyzed the morphological data to find that M_3v and Davey’s M_3v proposed by our country’s revised The type standards are different, but the morphological data are basically the same, and are briefly reported below.
