本文报告了安徽繁昌县桃冲山区为肺吸虫病的新流行区。在3201人的肺吸虫皮试中,阳性者364人(占11.4％)。在35名皮试阳性者痰中查出肺吸虫卵,为皖南地区肺吸虫病流行首次提供病原学诊断。对该地区肺吸虫病流行传播的各个环节均已查清,证明短沟蜷为第一中间寄主,自然感染率为0.02％;长江华溪蟹为第二中间寄主,自然感染率为40.5％。根据于该地区查获的肺吸虫各期标本的形态特征和测量结果,认为该地区人体肺吸虫病的病原虫种是卫氏并殖吸虫。
This article reports the new epidemic area of paragonimiasis in Taochong Mountain, Fanchang County, Anhui Province. Among the 3,101 paragonimiasis tests, 364 were positive (11.4%). Paragonimiasis was found in sputum of 35 skin test positive persons, providing etiological diagnosis for the first time in the southern part of southern Anhui province. The prevalence of paragonimiasis in the area has been identified in all aspects of the epidemic, indicating that the short groove curled as the first intermediate host, the natural infection rate was 0.02%; the Yangtze River crab as the second intermediate host, the natural infection rate was 40.5%. According to the morphological characteristics and the measurement results of the specimens of paragonimiasis seized in this area, the paragonimus westermani is considered as the pathogen of human paragonimiasis in the area.
