1992～1993年作者在美国研修期间,先后看到两例艾滋病中青年患者,甚感此病的痛若并严重地危害着人类的生命健康。作为一位耳鼻喉科医生有义务有责任对此病应有足够的认识和重视,故报告如下,同时将有关问题加以简要的讨论,供同道参考。例1 男性白人,30岁,同性恋者,确诊艾滋病,接受AZT口服药的治疗。自觉发热、头痛、咽痛、腹泻1个月。1年前血清HIV抗体阳性。体检:体温37.6℃,面色苍白,痛苦病容,全身消瘦。咽充血,
During the period from 1992 to 1993, during his study tour in the United States, the author saw two cases of young and middle-aged AIDS patients. He felt the pain of the disease and seriously endangered human life and health. As an otolaryngologist, it is our duty to have a responsibility and knowledge of the disease.
