目的探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗近视后角膜地形图变化。方法对55例(105只眼)近视患者行准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(laser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)后进行角膜地形图检查,分析术后1周、1个月及3个月角膜地形图改变。结果SRI、SAI较手术前明显升高,simk较术前降低,且角膜地形图呈椭圆或圆形(39.2%),哑铃形(分对称和不对称)(26.5%),半环形(21.4%),不规则形(12.3%),中央小岛形(12.9%)。结论各种形状对手术效果无影响,且随时间延长SAI、SRI值呈下降趋势,考虑与视力回退有关。
Objective To investigate the change of corneal topography after laser in situ keratomileusis Methods 55 cases (105 eyes) of myopia patients underwent laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) corneal topography examination, after 1 week, 1 month and 3 months corneal Topographic map changes. Results The SRI and SAI were significantly higher than those before operation and simk were lower than those before operation. The corneal topography was oval or round (39.2%), dumbbell shaped (symmetrical and asymmetrical) (26.5%), half Annular (21.4%), irregular (12.3%), central islet (12.9%). Conclusions Various shapes have no effect on the surgical outcome. With the prolongation of SAI, the SRI value shows a decreasing trend, which is related to the regression of visual acuity.
