国内饮料瓶回收主要依靠分散的人力回收,过程效率低下,流转能耗高,并且会产生二次污染。针对这一现状, 提出了一种基于移动互联网的饮料瓶智能回收设备。该设备通过称量、传送、条码识别和压缩的方式对塑料瓶与易拉罐 进行回收,随后用户通过微信扫描屏幕中的二维码获得微信红包。文章主要介绍了该设备的机械机构并对部分结构进 行了详细的分析计算。设备不仅能够提升废旧饮料瓶的回收率,替换城市中的垃圾中转站,改善城市面貌,培养环保理 念,同时挖掘互联网平台的潜在价值,让环保更加智能好玩。该设备能实现较高的社会效益和经济效益。
Recycling of domestic beverage bottles rely mainly on decentralized manpower recovery, process inefficiency, high turnover energy consumption, and will produce secondary pollution. In response to this situation, a mobile Internet-based beverage bottles intelligent recovery equipment. The device recycles plastic bottles and cans by weighing, transmitting, barcode recognition and compression. The user then gets a WeChat red envelope by scanning the QR code in the WeChat screen. The article mainly introduced the mechanical mechanism of this equipment and carried on the detailed analysis and calculation to some structures. The equipment can not only improve the recovery rate of used beverage bottles, but also replace the garbage transfer stations in the city, improve the city appearance, cultivate the concept of environmental protection and at the same time tap the potential value of the Internet platform to make the environment more intelligent and fun. The device can achieve higher social and economic benefits.
