通过对我国青海省海南州中小学校长培训状况的调查发现,农村中小学校长培训中所蕴含的信息量越丰富,参与式教学方法在培训中的运用越灵活,培训与校长实际工作需要及其对问题反思的结合程度越密切,校长对培训的满意度评价也就越高。提高西部农村中小学校长培训质量,必须建立健全农村中小学校长培训制度,实施高标准的校长培训机构资格认证制度,加强对农村中小学校长培训质量的监督,同时建立贫困地区农村中小学校长津贴制度。
Through the investigation on the training status of principals in primary and secondary schools in Hainan Province of Qinghai Province, we find that the more information the rural primary and secondary school principals have in training, the more flexible the participatory teaching methods are in the training, the more practical training and principals need The closer the degree of reflection on the problem, the higher the headmaster’s evaluation of training satisfaction. To improve the training quality of primary and secondary school principals in western rural areas, it is necessary to establish and improve the training system for rural primary and secondary school principals, implement a high standard of accreditation system for principals ’training institutions, and strengthen supervision over the training of primary and secondary school principals in rural areas, and establish a rural primary and secondary school headmasters’ subsidy in poor areas system.
