[目的]采用快速提取-高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(Qu ECh ERS-HPLC-MS/MS)建立水果蔬菜中氯吡脲残留的检测方法。[方法]样品经含0.1%乙酸的乙腈溶液提取,经Qu EChERS法净化后采用H PLC-MS/MS法测定其氯吡脲残留量。[结果]该方法下氯吡脲在水果蔬菜中的检出限(LOD)为1.0μg/kg,定量限(LOQ)为5.0μg/kg。在2.0~100.0μg/L范围内线性关系良好(R2>0.999)。在10.0~500.0μg/kg的添加水平上,方法的平均回收率介于72.0%~115.0%,方法的相对标准偏差为1.5%~9.8%。[结论 ]该方法适用于水果蔬菜中氯吡脲的测定。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for the determination of clopidogrel residues in fruits and vegetables by rapid extraction-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (QuECh ERS-HPLC-MS / MS). [Method] The samples were extracted with acetonitrile solution containing 0.1% acetic acid and purified by Qu EChERS method. The residues of clofidine residues were determined by H PLC-MS / MS. [Result] The detection limit (LOD) of chlorpheniramine in fruits and vegetables was 1.0μg / kg and the limit of quantitation (LOQ) was 5.0μg / kg in this method. The linearity ranged from 2.0 to 100.0 μg / L (R2> 0.999). The average recoveries of the method ranged from 72.0% to 115.0% at the additive level of 10.0 ~ 500.0 μg / kg, and the relative standard deviations of the method ranged from 1.5% to 9.8%. [Conclusion] The method was suitable for the determination of clopidogrel in fruits and vegetables.
