危机公关对于现代奥林匹克运动有着至关重要的作用,而媒体对危机公关起着至关重要的作用。本文运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,并结合议程设置理论、沉默螺旋理论和公共关系学的相关理论,对现代奥林匹克运动的危机公关中的媒体作用进行研究。媒体在现代奥林匹克运动危机公关中,是公众和政府之间沟通的坚实平台,它需要客观全面地传播信息,让公众在第一时间内了解到事件的发生、发展情况,同时也要传达公众的话语,除了充分发挥媒体的主动性,还应有突破性的报道来塑造国家和政府形象,并以积极姿态面对问题主动引导舆论,有力反击了一些歪曲报道和不实报道。从对现代奥林匹克运动危机公关中的媒体作用研究中,也得到了一些启示:媒体充分发挥舆论引导的作用。只有这样,现代奥林匹克运动的危机才可能被控制、解决,真正实现和谐奥运。
Crisis PR is crucial to the modern Olympic movement, and the media plays a crucial role in crisis PR. This paper studies the role of the media in the crisis communication of the modern Olympic Movement by using the methods of documentation and logic analysis and the theories of agenda setting theory, silent spiral theory and public relations theory. The media is a solid platform for communication between the public and the government in the crisis communication of the modern Olympic Games. It needs to objectively and comprehensively disseminate information so that the public can understand the occurrence and development of the incident as soon as possible and at the same time convey the public’s In addition to giving full play to the initiative of the media, discourse should also have breakthrough reports to shape the image of the state and government and proactively guide public opinion in the face of the problems in a positive manner. This has effectively countered some distorted reports and false reports. From the study of the media role in the public relations of the crisis of the modern Olympic Games, some enlightenments have also been obtained: the media has given full play to the role of media guidance. Only in this way can the crisis of the modern Olympic Games be controlled and solved so that the Olympic Games can be truly harmonious.
