在许多体内外试验中发现鼻内用药会不同程度地影响鼻纤毛功能。而纤毛运动在上呼吸道洁净功能中起重要用用,因而鼻内用药必须尽可能地减少对纤毛运动的影响。本文通过体内外试验采观察扑地松纳、附加剂(三油酸脱水山梨醇)及氟利昂对纤毛运动的影响。用随机、单盲、安慰剂对照法进行体外实验。在25℃条件下用光电记录仪测定各药物对鸡胚气管纤毛拍击频率(CBF)的影响。在20′、40′、60′时分别测量CBFs值,用双尾T检验,P<0.01为有意义。用随机、对照、双盲、交叉法进行体内试验。每种药连续使用一周,分别在上、下午10点时向左鼻孔
In many in vitro and in vivo tests found that nasal administration to varying degrees affect nasal cilia function. The ciliary movement plays an important role in the clean function of the upper respiratory tract, therefore, intranasal administration must reduce the influence on the ciliary movement as much as possible.
