血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ)受体按照其与选择性拮抗剂的亲和力不同,至少可分为AT1和AT2受体两种。AT1、AT2受体的分布、氨基酸序列已经清楚。AT1受体是G蛋白偶联受体,可能通过抑制腺苷酸环化酶、激活磷脂酶C而促进磷脂酰肌醇水解起作用。AⅡ的已知作用均是由AT1受体介导的。AT2受体的生理功能及其信息跨膜转导机制迄今尚不清楚。
Angiotensin II (AII) receptors are classified into at least two types of AT1 and AT2 receptors according to their affinity to selective antagonists. AT1, AT2 receptor distribution, amino acid sequence has been clear. The AT1 receptor is a G protein-coupled receptor that may promote phosphatidylinositol hydrolysis by inhibiting adenylyl cyclase and activating phospholipase C. Known effects of AII are mediated by the AT1 receptor. The physiological functions of AT2 receptors and their mechanisms of information transduction have not yet been clarified.
