合作学习是指学生以小组的形式为解决共同的问题,有明确的责任分工的一种互助性学习。它是新课程改革所积极倡导的行之有效的学习方式之一,具有使学生优势互补,形成良好的人际关系和促进个性健全发展等特点。但是,在教学实践中,要真正地将合作学习行之有效地开展,并非易事。那么,怎样操作才能使合作学习得以优化,从而发挥实效呢?
Cooperative learning refers to a group of students to solve common problems, there is a clear division of responsibilities of a kind of mutual aid learning. It is one of the effective ways of learning actively advocated by the new curriculum reform. It has the characteristics of complementing each other’s advantages, forming good interpersonal relationships and promoting the sound development of personality. However, in teaching practice, it is not easy to really carry out cooperative learning effectively. So, what can we do to optimize cooperative learning so that we can achieve effective results?
