为了摸清我国高血压患病情况,为今后心血管病流行学及病因因素研究打好基础,中国医科院心血管病研究所于1979年4月在郑州召开全国29省、市、自治区代表参加的高血压、脑卒中、冠心病流行学及人群防治会议,制定了1979～1980年8—10月间开展全国范围同一季节统一诊断标准和普查方法的高血压抽样普查方案。在自治区卫生厅领导下,依据全国普查方案的要求,我们79年8月召开了各盟市心血管病会议,讨论并制定了普查措
