为研究原始组织对60Si2Mn A弹簧钢热处理性能的影响,采用不同温度奥氏体化获得不同的原始组织,对影响热处理性能的原始组织因素进行了分析。结果表明,随着奥氏体化温度由850℃升高到1150℃,弹簧钢热处理后的强度先平稳变化,1050℃时出现下降拐点,之后强度变化不大;热处理后塑性呈下降趋势。这是由淬、回火前原始奥氏体晶粒尺寸和珠光体片层间距综合作用结果。
In order to study the effect of the original structure on the heat treatment performance of 60Si2Mn A spring steel, different primary austenitization temperatures were used to obtain different primary structures, and the primary microstructure factors affecting the heat treatment properties were analyzed. The results show that as the austenitizing temperature increases from 850 ℃ to 1150 ℃, the strength of the spring steel changes first and then decreases at 1050 ℃, but the strength does not change much after the heat treatment. The plasticity decreases after the heat treatment. This is the quenching, tempering the original austenite grain size and pearlite lamellar spacing results.
