随着教师信息技术应用能力提升工程的不断推进,全国数以万计的教师从中受益。然而,在教师培训结束回到教学工作环境中,培训迁移缺乏有效的支持服务,培训应用效果无法得到保障。为了了解培训后教师在实践中对培训迁移支持服务的需求,通过对参加辽宁省中小学教师信息技术应用能力培训的教师进行访谈,根据调研分析结果系统构建一个教师培训迁移支持服务体系,包括支持服务平台、服务内容、服务模式和服务流程四个方面,提出实施教师培训迁移支持服务的有效建议。
Tens of thousands of teachers from all over the country have benefited from the continuous advancement of teachers’ IT application capability upgrading projects. However, when teacher training is completed and returned to teaching and learning environment, there is a lack of effective support services for training and relocation, and the effect of training and application can not be guaranteed. In order to understand the needs of teachers in training relocation support services after the training, we interviewed teachers who participated in the training of information technology application ability in primary and secondary schools in Liaoning Province, and constructed a teacher training and relocation support service system based on the research and analysis results, including support Service platform, service content, service mode and service process, put forward effective suggestions for implementing teacher training and relocation support service.
