党风是党的性质和世界观在党的组织和广大党员行动上的表现,它包括党的思想方法、工作方法、工作作风等,在政治、思想、工作及生活各方面都能反映出来。 我们党近七十年的斗争中,培育和形成了许多优良作风,如理论联系实际、实事求是的作风;全心全意为人民服务、密切联系群众的作风;勇于揭露和纠正自己的错误、批评和自我批评的作风;谦虚谨慎、戒骄戒躁、艰苦奋斗的作风;坚持集体领导、实行民主集中制的作风等等。
The style of the party is a manifestation of the party’s nature and world outlook in the party organization and in the actions of the majority of party members. It includes the party’s methods of thinking, working methods and work style, which can be reflected in politics, ideology, work and life. In the struggle of our party for nearly seventy years, we have fostered and formed many excellent styles, such as the style of integrating theory with practice and seeking truth from facts; serve the people wholeheartedly and work closely with the masses; expose and correct our own mistakes, criticisms and self-criticisms Style; modesty and prudence, guard against arrogance and rashness, hard-working style; adhere to the collective leadership, the practice of democratic centralism and so on.
