根据一起提升机断轴事故的案例,从运动学和动力学计算着手,对断轴处在最大受力时的应力状况,以及切向键槽、变径轴肩所产生的应力集中进行了分析,给出了断轴原因的结论,提出了改进和防止同类事故发生的措施。
According to the case of a hoisting machine broken shaft accident, the kinematic and kinetic calculations are taken to analyze the stress state of the broken shaft under the maximum stress and the stress concentration caused by the tangential keyway and the reducing shaft shoulder. The conclusion of the cause of shaft breakage is given, and the measures to improve and prevent similar accidents are put forward.
