目前,在我省农村经济中,乡镇企业产值已占农业总产值的90％;在全省经济中,乡镇企业已是“三分天下有其一”,成为我省“第二次创业”的主力军之一,是我省经济的重要支柱。但是,在由计划经济向市场经济转轨的过程中,乡镇企业同国有大中型企业一样,也面临着十分严峻的压力与挑战。要迎接挑战,再造优势,实现辽宁乡镇企业发展的新飞跃,必须增强改革意识,加大改革力度。
At present, in the rural economy of our province, the output value of township and township enterprises accounts for 90% of the total agricultural output value; in the province’s economy, township and village enterprises are already “one of the three points in the world” and have become the “second venture” in our province. One of the main forces is an important pillar of our province’s economy. However, in the process of transition from a planned economy to a market economy, township and village enterprises, like state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises, are also facing severe pressure and challenges. To meet challenges, rebuild advantages, and realize new leaps in the development of township and township enterprises in Liaoning, we must increase our awareness of reform and intensify reform efforts.
